Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration Completes Major Barn Concrete Project
Wednesday, May 21, 2025

The Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration is proud to announce the completion of a significant infrastructure upgrade across the Celebration Grounds. In partnership with Jake Jacobs Construction, The Celebration has successfully installed concrete aisles in all barns on the property—excluding the historic white barns.
This improvement covers 26 barns, totaling more than 3,510 linear feet and 25,040 square feet of newly poured concrete. The project enhances both safety and functionality for exhibitors and horses alike, just in time for the upcoming Annual Spring Fun Show.
Warren Wells, CEO of The Celebration, emphasized the importance of this long-anticipated project:
“We completed concrete in 26 remaining barns to ensure all barns had concrete aisles available. This equated to over 3,510 linear feet and 25,040 square feet of concrete. This is something that has been needed for a very long time. We are grateful for our many members of the Walking Horse Community that have invested in concrete for their barns over the years. If we did not have so many of them that did that, we wouldn't have been able to do this project. It is exciting to have this completed just before the Annual Spring Fun Show.”
The Celebration extends its sincere thanks to Jake Jacobs Construction for their expertise and partnership in executing this essential upgrade with professionalism and efficiency.
This milestone reflects The Celebration’s continued commitment to improving the experience for all participants and ensuring that the tradition of excellence of The Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration continues.
