Obituary – Erika Mann

Erika Renee Mann, 36, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023, at Alive Hospice Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She was born on February 27, 1986 in Lexington, Kentucky to Randy Mann and Terry Lowman.
Erika resided in Shelbyville, Tennessee following her move from Mt. Sterling four years ago. She was a graduate of Bath County High School, class of 2004. studied abroad in Australia and graduated with a bachelor of science degree with honors from Vanderbilt University. Erika never met a stranger, she was witty and funny and was always laughing. She was employed by Mann Chrysler Jeep in the sales and marketing department. She enjoyed showing Tennessee walking horses, was an avid reader and writer of poetry, a University of Kentucky basketball fan and a Vanderbilt sports fan as well. She will be dearly missed and never forgotten by her family and friends.
Erika is survived by her father, Randy Mann (Melanie) of Mt. Sterling; her mother, Terry Lowman of Shelbyville, Tennessee; brother, Christopher Helton (Antonia) of Slovakia; step-brother, Hobie Hall (Brooklyn) of Mt. Sterling; step-sister, Ashley Rogers (Rob) of Owingsville; nephews, John Helton, Henry Helton, Charlie Helton, Wyatt Mann, Cooper Baldonado, Nicholas Baldonado, Banks Hall and Nate Hall; nieces, Remi Hall, Audrey Hall and Allie Hall; uncle, Steve Mann (Nancy); cousins, Melissa Drake and Jessie Toy (Tony) and their son, Charlie; her dog and best friend, Bert.
Erika was preceded in death by her brother, Jay Mann; mamaw, Lucille Mann; favorite aunt, Helen Jean Irvin; aunt and uncle, Barbara and Gary Drake and her beloved bulldog, Sam.
Private family services will take place for Erika Mann.
Pallbearers: Mike Keath, Steve Mann, Darren Morton, Mike McGuire, Steve McGuire, Rick Strein and Clayton Munday.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Erika's memory to Alive Hospice 1629 Williams Drive Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129.
